The AI Question Your Clients Will Ask

If a client asked you today to explain how your organization oversees its use of AI tools, what would you say?

Could you explain:

• Who is responsible

• How potential risks are being managed

• What human review looks like for inputs and outputs

• What happens when something goes wrong

• How you monitor performance and make adjustments as needed

Many organizations can't clearly articulate these things yet. That's not unusual. AI tools are becoming part of daily operations faster than the structures to oversee them.

If that question hasn't come yet, it will, and it could come from clients, partners, funders, or board members. The organizations that have an answer will be in a stronger position when it does.
